Click "Browse" to locate the image on your local machine. Choose an image which is preferably 500 pixels or more wide.
Click "Upload" and your image will be converted into 3 seperate file sizes. This window will close and the main parent window will update with the image data.
Note that you need both cookies and javascript enabled.
